Routine activity of analytical accounting (COAN) and general accounting (COGE);
verification of the regularity of the administrative and accounting records relating to receipts and payments by issuing orders for payment;
verification of the regularity of the accounting records;
preparation of the economic and investment budget proposal;
drafting proposals for changes to the budget during the year;
management of the loading and unloading procedures for inventory assets, control activities and clearance of mission expenses;
management and accounting of research agreements and projects;
preparation of Contracts/Agreements/Agreements with third parties for scientific services/technical consultancy in institutional and commercial areas; public selection procedures for awarding grants and research grants, procedures for conferring tasks of collaboration, consulting, study and research pursuant to art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n. 165;
management of the performance register;
purchases of goods and services (direct contracts within the value limit of Euro 75,000.00 plus VAT) for research needs and to carry out the Didactics at the Study Courses;
management of the secretariat and the collegial bodies;
support in planning and monitoring departmental activities and the research committee;
management of conference administration and accounting;
management of teaching staff and contracts.
