Student Associations UNISANNIO

UNING – Registered in the Register with D.R. 1490/2024
UNING is a student association founded in 2012 by engineering students. It is engaged in orientation activities, teaching support, and tutoring, often organizing cultural, musical, and sports events. It is managed by a consolidated board.

Centro Universitario Sannita Alleanza Studenti
CUSAS is the first association born in Benevento. Established in 1991 by a group of friends who wanted to make the most of their university experience, it continues to support students in terms of information and orientation, without forgetting opportunities for entertainment and socialization. The Center is composed of three associations present in every UNISANNIO Department:

DEMMIS – Registered in the Register with D.R. 1490/2024
DEMMIS was founded in 2018 by four friends who wanted to give voice and space to a community of students. The aim is to accompany students throughout their university journey by involving them in numerous cultural, sports, and recreational activities because university life is great, but living it is even better.

Etabetagamma – Registered in the Register with D.R. 1490/2024
Eta for Economics, Beta for Biology, Gamma for Law. Etabetagamma was established in 2014 inspired by American fraternities, with the goal of encouraging youth aggregation and informing students about daily university activities. It organizes parties, promotes cultural activities, and even hosts a film forum.

UNISEA – Registered in the Register with D.R. 1490/2024
UNISEA was founded in 2005 by a group of university students from the former Faculty of Economics and Commerce, now DEMM. Each year, it promotes cultural, recreational, and sports activities to encourage better integration of students into university life.

ESN Maleventum – Registered in the Register with D.R. 1490/2024
ESN Maleventum is active in Benevento, one of the most dynamic sections of the Erasmus Student Network in Europe. Run by young former Erasmus students, it is a point of reference for those embarking on a study and life adventure abroad.

How to Register an Association in the 2025-2026 Register

According to article 2 of the REGULATION FOR STUDENT ASSOCIATIONS RECOGNIZED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF SANNIO, from October 7, 2024, until November 15, 2024, applications for registration in the Register of Associations will be accepted.

Applications must be completed and accompanied by the documentation per article 2, paragraph 4 of the regulation above. The necessary forms are available at the following address: https://www.unisannio.it/it/content/associazioni-studentesche-0#moduli and must be submitted to the University of Sannio by the deadline via one of the following methods:

Hand delivery, with the subject "REGISTRATION IN THE REGISTER OF STUDENT ASSOCIATIONS – 2025-2026 biennium", at the University Protocol Office, located on the first floor of the "Palazzo S. Domenico" Complex, P.zza Guerrazzi, 1 - Benevento.
Email ufficio.protocollo@unisannio.it, with the subject: "REGISTRATION IN THE REGISTER OF STUDENT ASSOCIATIONS – 2025-2026 biennium".
Certified Email (PEC) to amministrazione@cert.unisannio.it, with the subject: "REGISTRATION IN THE REGISTER OF STUDENT ASSOCIATIONS – 2025-2026 biennium".
Cultural Initiatives

Requests for funding for recreational and cultural activities should be submitted according to the following schedule:

By October 10 for activities to be held in November, December, and January.
By January 10 for activities to be held in February, March, and April.
By April 10 for activities to be held in May, June, and July.
By July 10 for activities to be held in September and October.
Circular for the funding process for student associations for organizing cultural and recreational activities.

Form for requesting contributions for planned cultural, social, and recreational activities.

Form for event reporting to be submitted within 30 days of the conclusion of activities: "Reporting for Contributions to Cultural Initiatives."
