Educational Offer for Public Administration Employees - 110 PA

The University of Sannio, with Rectoral Decree no. 1045 of August 30, 2024, has approved the proposal for preferential access to Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programs.
The University of Sannio has decided to respond to the educational needs of public employees by offering specific pathways to earn a degree in the university's academic programs. Thanks to reduced contribution costs, public employees can graduate and specialize flexibly, meeting the need to balance work and study.
Specifically:
- The annual contribution fee for public employee students is fixed at €500, regardless of the ISEE value, while the regional fee is set at €167.50. These amounts are subject to the payment of the €16.00 stamp duty;
- It is possible to obtain the recognition of educational credits for those with specific qualifications.
For the academic year 2024/2025, enrollments/registrations will be OPEN from September 4, 2024, and will follow the procedure available at this link.
During the enrollment/registration process, the student must complete the required "additional declarations" (for information, consult the guide).
The deadline for enrollments/registrations is set as follows:
- November 18, 2024, for Bachelor's Degree Programs and the Single-cycle Master's Degree in Law. After this date, a late fee of €50.00 will apply. After 60 days, the late fee will double (Article 8 of the Memorandum of Understanding).
- March 31, 2025, for two-year Master's Degree Programs. Registration will no longer be possible after this date.

Renewal of Registration for Subsequent Years
For those renewing their registration for subsequent years, Article 6 of the Protocol signed with the Department of Public Administration states that "Public employees benefit from a single, all-inclusive fixed contribution for registration in subsequent years if they achieve at least half of the CFU required for each year of the course and a maximum number of years equal to the legal duration of the course plus two."
For those who do not achieve at least half of the required CFUs for each year, an all-inclusive fee of €750 will apply at renewal, regardless of ISEE value, while the regional fee is set at €167.50. These amounts are subject to the payment of the €16.00 stamp duty.
Assistance Services
To provide necessary support during the enrollment/registration phase, a telephone assistance service has been set up through the university's contact center (active Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, reachable at 800 95 44 20), as well as administrative and academic tutoring services. These include requesting individual meetings to support part-time study paths, requests for course abbreviations, and subsequent requests for the recognition of university credits for those holding specific qualifications.
