WHAT IS THE PSYCHOLOGICAL VOUCHER
The Psychological Voucher Student* is a financial contribution provided by the University of Sannio to reimburse expenses incurred by UNISANNIO students who have received or are receiving psychotherapy and/or psychological support from a licensed professional, during the period from October 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024. This is a new measure to support psychological well-being in implementation of the Ministerial Decree of July 7, 2023, no. 809.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Requests for reimbursement can be made by students who, at the time of applying, are regularly enrolled and/or registered for the academic year 2023/2024 in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Single-Cycle Master's degree course at the University of Sannio, NOT BEYOND THE 2ND YEAR OUT OF COURSE, with an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Status Indicator) for university study rights not exceeding €36,000.00.

HOW IT WORKS
The Voucher provides a one-time financial contribution of up to €200.00 to reimburse expenses incurred for receiving professional psychological support and/or psychotherapy services from licensed psychologists.
The Voucher will be granted only upon submission of a regular invoice/receipt showing the beneficiary's name, the type of service (psychological support and/or psychotherapy), and the expenses incurred, accompanied by proof of payment. Expenses of a different nature will not be reimbursed.
Expenses can only be accounted for if incurred between October 1, 2023, and May 31, 2024. The invoice issue date by the professional will be considered as the reference for verification.
Financial resources will be allocated based on the order of submission of applications through the ESSE3 system, the university’s online service portal.

Announcement for the assignment of a Psychological Voucher Student* issued with D.R. no. 549/2024

APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION
The application for the Psychological Voucher Student* must be submitted electronically, under penalty of exclusion, using the dedicated online application, from May 3, 2024, until 12:00 PM on June 3, 2024.
The online application will require the candidate to enter all necessary information for the application and upload the required expense documents grouped into a single .PDF file.
The application submission procedure must be completed by 12:00 PM on June 3, 2024, starting the day after the publication of this notice on the university’s website, under penalty of exclusion.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It is advisable to complete the application only when all required documents for the contribution assignment are available.
