Student Transport Voucher

Transport Vouchers are a financial contribution offered by the University of Sannio to students living more than 30 km from the university campuses and who do not benefit from ADISURC housing or rental contributions. As defined by the Ministry, "out-of-town" students reside in municipalities that are not neighboring and are located more than 30 km from the University’s location.
A total fund of €18,000.00 is available for this initiative.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Students may submit applications for the contribution if they meet the following criteria:
- Regularly enrolled and/or registered at the University of Sannio for the Academic Year 2023/2024, up to no more than the 2nd year out of course, in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Single-Cycle Master's degree course;
- In good standing with university fees;
- Residing in a municipality not neighboring Benevento (see the list of excluded neighboring municipalities);
- Residing in a municipality more than 30 km away from Benevento, as measured by the ACI website;
- Having earned at least the following CFUs by the application submission date:
- 10 CFUs for first-year students in any course of study;
- 40 CFUs for second-year students in a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Single-Cycle Master’s degree course;
- 70 CFUs for third-year students in a Bachelor’s or Single-Cycle Master’s degree course, or first-year out-of-course students in a Master’s degree course;
- 100 CFUs for fourth-year students in a Single-Cycle Master’s degree course, or first-year out-of-course students in a Bachelor’s degree or second-year out-of-course students in a Master’s degree course;
- 130 CFUs for fifth-year students in a Single-Cycle Master’s degree course, or second-year out-of-course students in a Bachelor’s degree;
- 160 CFUs for first-year out-of-course students in a Single-Cycle Master’s degree course;
- 190 CFUs for second-year out-of-course students in a Single-Cycle Master’s degree course;
- Not benefiting from ADISURC housing or rental contributions;
- Belonging to a family with an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Status Indicator) for university study benefits not exceeding €30,000.00. (Students with disabilities, recognized under Article 3, paragraph 1 of Law 5 February 1992, no. 104, or with a disability of 66% or greater, for the purposes of the economic contribution, are considered as if their ISEE is lower than €13,000 annually).
It should be noted that applicants do not need to submit additional documentation (ISEE), as the amount registered in the ESSE3 system during registration for the 2023/2024 academic year will be used.
GRANTED BENEFITS
For students who present an ISEE declaration of less than €13,000 annually:
Maximum financial contribution of €300.00, calculated as follows: €5.00 for every km of distance from Benevento, based on the ACI website certification of the place of residence.
(Students with disabilities, recognized under Article 3, paragraph 1 of Law 5 February 1992, no. 104, or with a disability of 66% or greater, for the purposes of the economic contribution, are considered as if their ISEE is lower than €13,000 annually.)
For students who present an ISEE declaration between €13,000 and €30,000 annually:
Maximum financial contribution of €200.00, calculated as follows: €3.50 for every km of distance from Benevento, based on the ACI website certification of the place of residence.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION
The “Transport Voucher” application must be submitted electronically, under penalty of exclusion, using the dedicated online application.
The application must be completed and submitted no later than 12:00 PM on June 10, 2024, starting from the publication date of this “Notice” on the University’s online bulletin board, under penalty of exclusion from the application process.

RANKING FORMATION
The applications received will be evaluated by a dedicated Examination Commission, which will verify the fulfillment of the requirements outlined in Article 2 of the Notice.
Applications will be processed until the maximum expenditure of €11,000.00 is reached for students with an ISEE declaration of less than €13,000 annually, and €7,000.00 for students with an ISEE declaration between €13,000 and €30,000 annually.
With equal scores, the financial contribution will be assigned to those with a lower age.
