Executive support services manage: 

• Institutional agenda of the Rector and Director-General;
• Ceremonial and representation activities;
• Authorisation to use the Logo and grant legal aid; 
• Management of the institutional mail and the computer protocol;
• Coordination and management of the university spaces and the representation rooms;
• Support to the administrative, institutional and representative activities of the Rector, the Pro-Rector and the Director-General;
• Management of relations with MUR, CRUI, CUR, CODAU, ANVUR;
• Support to the University Governing Bodies.
