What to do in case of an injury

In the event of a "student injury," the injured person is required to:

• Fill out and sign the injury notification form, using the specifically provided form, which should include a brief description of the circumstances of the injury;
• Send the aforementioned notification with the relevant attachments (e.g., emergency room report and/or hospitalization certificate, copy of the authorization for the educational and/or technical visit, etc.) promptly, using the following methods:
  
  • Hand delivery to the Secretariat and Protocol Office of the University of Sannio, located in Benevento (82100), at Piazza Guerrazzi, No. 1;
  • Registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to "University of Sannio, Piazza Guerrazzi, 1 – 82100 Benevento";
  • Fax, to the number 0824.23648;
  • Certified email to the address amministrazione@cert.unisannio.it.

After the report, it is necessary to send, through one of the aforementioned methods, and "…until full recovery, appropriate medical certification on the progress of the injuries, as well as, upon clinical recovery, all medical records related to the hospitalizations resulting from the reported injury…".
