UNISANNIO Open Day

The University of Sannio opened its doors to 1,700 prospective students eager to explore degree programmes, opportunities, and student services. Around 40 secondary schools were represented, as students filled the university’s lecture halls to get a first-hand experience of academic life at UNISANNIO.

The day began in the cloister of Palazzo San Domenico, home to the Rectorate and the heart of the university’s urban campus. Welcoming the visitors were Rector Gerardo Canfora, Orientation Delegate Ennio Cavuoto, and Department Directors Pasquale Vito, Nicola Fontana, and Gaetano Natullo.

Students then continued their journey across classrooms and labs, engaging with academic staff and current students to discover study programmes and research activities aligned with their interests.

"This is not just an opportunity to present the University of Sannio to those about to choose their academic path," said Professor Canfora, "but also a chance to convey the true value of the university experience. University is not only a place to gain professional skills but a space for cultural growth, exchange, and lifelong connections."

Our outreach continues!

UNISANNIO will be visiting schools across the region to bring students closer to its academic offerings.
