Valuta le performance di Ateneo

The University of Sannio adheres to the Good Practice project, which aims to evaluate the performance of the University and to put it about some of the main Italian academic realities to improve the services provided and user satisfaction through benchmarking.

What
Implemented by the Politecnico di Milano, the project measures the performance of the administrative activities of the Universities and the Upper Floors, identifies "good practices" and disseminates the results among the participating Universities, comparing the performances on two axes: efficiency and effectiveness. The survey involves more than 64 universities and high schools.

How
Efficiency analysis: it is carried out by evaluating the total and unit cost incurred by the University to produce a particular result. Since the 2019/20 edition, 53 administrative services have been surveyed.
Analysis of the "perceived" effectiveness by users of each service: the project provides periodic customer satisfaction surveys aimed at students, teachers, lecturers, doctoral candidates and technical-administrative staff.
Customer satisfaction surveys within the framework of the "Good Practice" project are carried out by filling in a questionnaire in a completely anonymous form.
The user is redirected via a link to the questionnaire hosted on an external server managed by Politecnico di Milano.

The questionnaire, as part of the Good Practice project, aims to:

  • to detect the satisfaction of the technical and administrative services offered by the University, in a continuous improvement perspective;
  • contribute to the measurement and evaluation of the University’s organizational performance;
  • allow a constructive comparison with other universities, identifying improvement aspects regarding the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided.
