Support services to ensure the best use of the Library
Reference – Support and Assistance
The BCA offers guidance and assistance to all users to ensure the best use of library services. Information on the organisation of the library, the services provided and access procedures are provided.
The service also allows users to receive research assistance for the use and consultation of the OPAC of the Library, SHARE Catalogue, SHARE Discovery Unisannio, SHARE Discovery shared, national and international catalogues, the on-line or traditional bibliographic resources, electronic resources subscribed by the University and open access, to find information and documents useful for study, teaching and research.
In case of particularly complex research or thesis activities, broader assistance is provided, agreeing with the staff schedule and modalities (don't hesitate to get in touch with the librarian by writing to biblioteca@unisannio.it).
Proposals for purchase
The interlocutors and users can suggest purchasing books or other documents not present in the catalogue, report the lack of copies of texts already owned, or report the need to update the editions by filling in the entries in the appropriate Google form.
The staff of the Library will inform the applicant whether or not the proposal has been accepted by e-mail or by telephone and then inform him of the actual availability.
Suggestions and complaints
To meet users' needs, the library evaluates suggestions or complaints aimed at improving the organization, providing services, and any aspect considered relevant for the best functioning of the same.
Users, therefore, can submit criticisms and complaints and make proposals and suggestions by filling in the entries on the appropriate Google form.
The staff will reply directly using the provided e-mail address or telephone number.
