The CUT – University Theatre Centre and the University of Sannio, in collaboration with the theatre company La Fermata, present Il Processo, a theatrical production featuring an original script and direction by Gilda Ciccarelli and Francesco Teselli.

The performance will take place on 10 February 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Sant’Agostino Auditorium in Benevento.

Starring Alessandro Caporaso, Ilaria De Pietro, Antonio Guercio, Gabriele Pepe, Sabrina Saati, and Martina Verdicchio, this compelling and thought-provoking play explores the themes of judgement and responsibility in a world increasingly shaped by technology.

Through an original narrative, The Trial delves into the topic of artificial intelligence and its role in justice and human destiny. As algorithms and automation become more prevalent in crucial decision-making, the play encourages the audience to reflect on the ethical implications and the risks of entrusting judgement to non-human systems.

The performance will be in Italian, and admission is free until full capacity is reached.
