UNISANNIO together with the Equality Councilor of the Province of Benevento organizes a cycle of seminars about gender discrimination and equal opportunities in the workplace, on 13 and 20 April, and on 4 May 2023, at 3 pm, in the Ciardiello Hall in Via delle Puglie.

The cycle starts from the awareness of the persistence of a "gender issue" in the work. Most women do not work and, if they do work, receive lower wages than men. Family care has a significant impact on the work of couples and motherhood is considered an obstacle both to professional growth and to work. All indices worsen in the South.

It therefore appeared important to the organizers to pay attention to the anti-discrimination law of gender and to the promotion of equal opportunities, also in the presence of the latest legislative innovations.
