Strong international vocation

Unisannio has entered into more than 120 agreements with European universities and through the Erasmus+ program encourages student mobility.

The University boasts a significant overall degree of internationalization, with scientific collaborations that often converge in research projects involving the participation of foreign universities and research centers. Unisannio aims to strengthen the quality and European dimension of higher education by encouraging the mobility of young students through the Erasmus + program. With over 120 agreements with partner universities throughout Europe, every year the University of Sannio records a constant increase in the number of young people who spend a period of study abroad and vice versa of foreign guests who choose the Samnite capital. The University encourages student mobility also thanks to double degrees, degree courses that allow for the achievement of a double degree. Furthermore, a survey carried out on data from the Life Long Learning and Erasmus programs shows that the University of Sannio is among the most active in international exchanges, highlighting a percentage of professors on the move equal to 11.7% of the total teachers. ESN Maleventum, one of the most dynamic European sections of the Erasmus Student Network, is active in Benevento. Animated by young former Erasmus students, it is the reference point for those embarking on a study and life adventure abroad.
