Routine activity of analytical accounting (COAN) and general accounting (COGE), activities to verify the regularity of administrative accounts relating to receipts and payments by issuing orders for the corresponding measures;
preparation of the economic and investment budget proposal;
drafting of proposals for changes to the budget during the year;
management of loading and unloading procedures of inventory assets;
control activities and settlement of mission expenses;
management and accounting of research agreements and projects; preparation of Contracts/Agreements/Agreements with third parties for scientific services/technical advice in institutional and commercial fields;
public selection procedures for awarding grants and research grants, procedures for awarding collaboration, consultancy, study and research tasks pursuant to art. 7 of the legislative decree 30 March 2001, n. 165;
management of the Service Registry;
management of teaching supplies and contracts;
purchases of goods and services (direct assignments within the value limit of € 75,000.00 plus VAT) for research and development of teaching at the Courses of Study; management of secretariat services and collegial bodies;
support in planning and monitoring departmental activities and the Committee of Research;
administrative and accounting management of conferences under the responsibility of DST;
DST audit of teaching records.
