Technical, Administrative and Managers Staff Office

Management of all procedures relating to managers, technical and administrative staff and language assistants and experts, in particular those concerning:

• the planning of staff requirements, recruitment;
• the careers (expectations, leave, other absences of various kinds and related measures);
• the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education and Training;
• the end-of-service payments, the processing of pension payments and the transmission of data on them, including through the implementation of computerized databases to the National Institute for the Retirement of Civil Servants;
• the management of procedures relating to the issue of meal vouchers and the verification of their correct allocation and the monitoring of expenditure, as well as absences from service through the use of the computerised procedure in use;
• the management of the performance register and related obligations;
• the union permits, strike monitoring and permits L.104;
• the management of disciplinary proceedings;
• the management of training and continuing vocational training programmes and activities.
