Attività

  • Management of all procedures relating to the determination and settlement of the salary due to the staff of the University;
  • management of all procedures relating to the determination and settlement of compensation, Scholarships and any other emoluments for doctoral candidates, holders of research grants holders, holders of self-employed posts, holders of part-time collaboration posts (part-time students), etc., including the issuing of orders and notifications on the Register of Benefits to public bodies;
  • processing and transmission of tax complaints concerning employees and collaborators;
  • monthly payment of withholding taxes, social security and extra-financial of the staff employed;
  • collaboration to the reporting of research projects of University by making available the administrative-accounting documentation of competence;
  • management of the Ministerial Data Banks for monitoring staff expenses;
  • preparation and transmission of the Annual Account; application of the contractual institutions provided by the supplementary contract.
