Incoming

Welcome Students!

To enrol in our university, you need:

1) nomination by your university
2) learning agreement for studies, duly signed by you and your Erasmus coordinator
3) application form*

*Every incoming student, after the nomination of the university, will receive an email with instructions to follow.

For Turkish students, after we receive these documents, we can prepare the acceptance letter.

Our deadlines are:

• for the 1st semester and full year students, the deadline is 25 July 2025
• for the 2nd semester students, the deadline is 20 December 2025

Attention: all the nominations for the second semester, even if you arrived before the 15th of October, will be considered after this date.

Attention: it is not possible to take exams before the end of the courses, except for the "short semester".

Every year, our Linguistic Centre (CLAUS) organises 2 courses of Italian for incoming students, one in the first semester and one in the second.
For information about courses in the Italian language, please directly contact the Linguistic Centre, email: claus@unisannio.it.

Please note that:

• lessons and exams are always face to face
• mobility period must be carried out on sit
• exams can only be taken at the end of the courses
• all the courses are in Italian, except for the Master's degree programme Electronics Engineering for Automation and Sensing
• the course list where you can choose the subjects is uploaded at the following link
• our classroom usually starts in September for the 1st semester and in February for the 2nd semester

EXTRA UE STUDENTS:

For the fiscal code request for the EXTRA UE STUDENTS you can use the document enclosed, filling it with your personal data (COGNOME/SURNAME NOME/NAME DATE
OF BIRTH, DATA DI NASCITA) and, in QUADRO D, WRITE YOUR ADDRESS in your country, please.

Please ONLY sign in 2 points: SOTTOSCRIZIONE and DELEGA (without changing anything) and after this, send us back the document to the following mail address
erasmus@unisannio.it or to cgramazio@unisannio.it with your passport and VISA.
