Incoming
Welcome Students !
To enroll in our university you need:
1) nomination by your university;
2) learning agreement for studies, duly signed by you and your Erasmus coordinator;
3) application form*.
For turkish students, after we receive these documents, we can prepare the acceptance
letter.
* every incoming student, after the nomination of the university, will receive an email with
the instructions to follow.
Our deadlines are:
- for the 1 st semester and full year students, from the 1 st of june to 15 th of December 2023;
- for the 2 nd semester students, from the 15 th of October 2023 to the15 th of July 2024.
Attention: all the nominations for the second semester, even if arrived before the 15 th of October, will be considered after this date.

Our classroom usually starts in September for the 1 st semester and in February for the 2 nd semester.
Please note that:
- lessons and exams are always face to face;
- mobility period must be carried out on sit;
- exams can only be taken at the end of the courses.
